Step 3: Ongoing Training

If you are working toward Crisis Worker Certification, welcome to section three. At this point, you have completed all trainings in step one (pre-employment) and step two (onboarding).

  1. These courses must be taken prior to applying for your Crisis Intervention Worker Certification
  2. Complete in any order
  3. All courses are one hour in duration
  4. Take final quiz for each training (pass rate is 75%)

Once all trainings are completed, print out your training certificates to provide verification to employer
